This policy explains what Plumbing HVAC Marketing collects on plumbinghvacmarketing.net, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it. It's written in plain words. It isn't legal advice, and Rev reviews it before it goes live.

Who we are

What we collect and why

The Business Growth Diagnostic form. Your name, company, website, phone, email, main city, trade, team size, truck count, revenue range, marketing spend range and the main thing you want to fix. We use it to prepare for your call. It's stored in our database (Neon), and a copy is emailed to Rev through our email provider (Resend).

The free book and the scorecard emails. Your first name and email. We use them to send what you asked for. They're stored in our email tool (MailerLite). If you tick the tips box, we may also send you tips now and then.

The Booked Solid Scorecard. Your 8 scores and your result, with no name attached. If you ask us to email your results, we save your first name and email with them.

The Visibility Roadmap. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. After payment, the intake form collects your business details so Rev can do the work. That's stored in our database.

Analytics and hosting. We use Google Analytics to see how people use the site, like which pages they visit. Our host, Vercel, keeps basic server logs. We never send your name, email, phone, company or website to Google Analytics. Our forms also record the page you landed on, the site that sent you and any campaign tags in the link, so we know which marketing works.

Spam protection. We keep a scrambled code made from your IP address to limit repeat form sends. We don't keep the IP address itself.

Who we share it with

We share your details only with the services named above, so they can do their job for us. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep form answers as long as they help us serve you, and we delete them when you ask.

Your choices and California privacy rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we honor them for everyone. Email plumbinghvacmarketing@gmail.com with your request. We won't treat you differently for asking.

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Click it and you're off the list.

We don't respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, since there's no common standard for them. Our analytics doesn't track you across other sites.

Children

This site is for business owners. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
