Get your plumbing or HVAC shop found on Google, Maps and AI answers
Homeowners search in more places than they used to
Picture a homeowner with water on the garage floor at 7 p.m. She might search Google first. Then she checks the map, reads a few reviews and asks ChatGPT which local plumber people trust. Each stop is a place where your shop shows up or doesn't.
Most shops only ever work on one of those places, usually the regular Google results. If your pages are thin, out of date or hard for search tools to read, you're missing from the answers she sees. The shop that does show up gets the call.
Weather, emergencies and big tickets
Plumbing and HVAC searches jump with the weather. A cold snap brings frozen pipes and dead furnaces. The first heat wave brings a flood of "AC not cooling" searches. Those homeowners want help today, and they pick from what's on the first screen.
Big replacement jobs work another way. Someone shopping for a new water heater or a new AC system may read for days before calling. Pages that answer their questions in plain words help you stay on their list.
For most of these searches, the Map Pack shows up near the top. That's the map with three local businesses listed under it. So Maps gets as much attention in my work as the regular results.
Where this fits in the system
Get More Leads
This is the main lead work. It helps more of the right homeowners find you without paying for each click.
Book More Jobs
Every page I work on ends with a clear way to call or send a form. Getting found only helps if they can reach you.
Track What Pays
Each month's report names the search terms, the place, the date and how I checked, so you can compare month to month.
What I do each month
SEO means showing up in Google's regular results. AEO (answer engine optimization) means showing up when a tool answers a question directly. GEO (generative engine optimization) means showing up in AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini. The same basics feed all three, so I treat them as one job.
- Maps checks on the search terms we agree on: 2 terms on Local Visibility, 4 on Local Growth. I check from the same 25 points across your area every month. Both plans
- Improve one page already on your site each month.Local Visibility
- Two page tasks in all each month, most often one new page or full rewrite plus one page edit.Local Growth
- Clear facts, good links between your pages and clean behind-the-scenes code, so search engines and AI tools can read your site. Both plans
- A monthly check for errors Google reports on your site, plus a test of your main form and call links. Both plans
- A report and a call each month: a short report and 20 minutes on Local Visibility, an owner report and 45 minutes on Local Growth. Both plans
Who this fits
Independent plumbing and HVAC shops with a website I can work on and a main local area. Local Visibility suits one trade with a good site in place. Local Growth suits shops that need more page work, or that want plumbing and HVAC covered for the same business.
If your site has big problems, like a hacked site or broken code, I'll quote the repair first.

A free Diagnostic looks at your whole shop and ends with your next step.
What happens on the Diagnostic
- 1
Fill out a short form
It asks about your trade, your trucks and the size of your shop. Rev reads it before you talk, so the call starts with your shop.
- 2
Pick a time
The calendar opens right after you send the form. Choose a time that fits your day.
- 3
Talk it through with Rev
You'll cover four topics: where your business is now, where you want to grow, what's blocking it and the best path forward.
The Diagnostic is free. A full growth plan is a separate, paid project, and you'll see the price before any work starts.
Questions owners ask
What's the difference between SEO, AEO and GEO?
SEO is showing up in Google's regular results. AEO is showing up when a tool answers a question directly. GEO is showing up in AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini. All three read the same things: clear facts, useful pages and a site that loads and links well. That's why I call it Search Everywhere Optimization and do it as one job.
Can you get my shop into ChatGPT's answers?
Nobody can promise that, and I won't. I work on what AI tools read: clear facts on your site and pages that answer the questions homeowners ask.
How long until I see results?
Search work takes months to build. That's why plans start with 90 days. I set a starting point during setup, so you can see what changed against it.
Do you build a page for every town?
Only when there's something real to say about that town. On Local Growth, a new page can cover a nearby town as one of your page tasks. I don't copy the same page for a list of towns.
What's a 25-point grid check?
I search your agreed terms on Google Maps from 25 fixed points across your area and record where you show up at each one. Using the same points every month means the numbers can be compared.
