Websites for plumbing and HVAC shops
Custom-built, high-performance, Search Everywhere Optimized websites start at $5,000.
Your website has one job
It helps the right homeowner call, text or book with you from a phone.
Picture someone whose AC quit at 4 p.m. in July. They're standing in a hot kitchen, holding a phone in one hand. They want to know if you fix AC in their town, and they want to reach you right now.
If your number is hard to find or the page takes too long to load, they go back to Google and call the next shop. You already paid to get them there. A lead you don't book still cost you money.
What a build includes
- Copy written from facts you've checked and approved.
- Pages built for phones first, then larger screens.
- A clear way to call or send a form on every page.
- Page titles, headings, page links and a site map that search engines read.
- Tracking tools connected, with the main call and form buttons tested.
- Two sets of edits on the agreed build.
- Launch checks and help on launch day.
- Fixes for faults in the agreed build for 30 days after launch.
- Your paid custom source files handed over.
How a quote works
I review your current site first. Then the quote sets the pages, features, payment dates and work included. The starting price doesn't promise a set number of pages.
A full build includes the setup for your chosen monthly plan, so you never pay that setup fee twice. Monthly work has its own fee and starts on the date we agree.
You review the ready site before the final payment is due. Hosting, domains and paid tools are separate bills, and the quote says who pays them.
What you own
Your domain stays in your name. When the site is paid for, you get the custom files, a list of every account the site uses and a short guide to run it.
If a tool or license has to stay in use, the quote names it up front. The goal is a site you can keep running without me.

Questions owners ask
How much does a website cost?
Builds start at $5,000. The final price depends on the pages and features you need. The quote sets it after I review your current site.
Do I need a monthly plan too?
No. You can buy a site on its own. If you add a monthly plan, the build already covers that plan's setup, so you don't pay setup twice.
Who owns the site?
You own your domain and the paid custom files. I hand over the files, an account list and a short guide when the site is paid for.
Can you move my old site?
Yes, as part of the quote. I review your old page addresses and list the redirects included. A redirect sends someone from an old page address to the new page. A large move or a broken site needs its own scope.
Do you write privacy policies or other legal pages?
I can place legal text you supply. Writing legal terms and giving legal advice are outside the build.
What if something breaks after launch?
I fix faults in the agreed build for 30 days after launch. New features and new requests cost extra.
