Do I need to give my email?
No. Your result shows on the screen as soon as you answer the last question. Emailing it to yourself is optional.
How is the bottleneck picked?
Each part of the system gets the average of its lines. The part with the lowest average is your bottleneck. If two parts tie, booking comes first, then tracking, then leads, because fixing booking and tracking makes every new lead worth more.
What does a 5 mean?
A 5 means it's strong and you can prove it with numbers. If you can't show the numbers, give yourself a 4 at most.
I don't run paid ads. How do I answer?
Choose "I don't run paid ads." It counts as a 1, because no ads means one lead source is missing. That's fine for many shops. It just shows where there's room.
Is this the same scorecard as the book?
Yes. It uses the same 8 lines and the same three parts as the Booked Solid Scorecard in the book.
