Review replies and review requests for plumbing and HVAC shops
Homeowners read your reviews before they call
Before a homeowner picks up the phone, they look at your reviews. They notice how many you have and how recent they are. Then they read how you reply, especially to the bad ones.
A lot of shops ask for reviews only when someone remembers. A bad review can sit for months with no answer, and that silence is what the next homeowner reads.
Your tech is going inside their home
A plumbing or HVAC visit means a stranger in the house. Reviews are how a homeowner decides whether to let your tech in. Mentions of being on time, being clean and explaining the price carry a lot of weight.
Big jobs draw careful readers. Someone about to spend thousands on a new furnace will scroll past the first page of reviews to see how you handled a complaint.

Who this fits
Shops that finish jobs every day and have customers who'd leave a review if someone asked. Your team sends the request after each job. Sending messages day to day for you is outside the plans.

What happens on the Diagnostic
- 1
Fill out a short form
It asks about your trade, your trucks and the size of your shop. Rev reads it before you talk, so the call starts with your shop.
- 2
Pick a time
The calendar opens right after you send the form. Choose a time that fits your day.
- 3
Talk it through with Rev
You'll cover four topics: where your business is now, where you want to grow, what's blocking it and the best path forward.
The Diagnostic is free. A full growth plan is a separate, paid project, and you'll see the price before any work starts.
Questions owners ask
Will you reply to bad reviews?
Yes, within your monthly cap. I keep the reply calm and short. When it's about a real job, I check the facts with you first, since you approve any claim about your business.
Can you remove bad reviews?
No. Honest reviews stay up. If a review breaks Google's rules, like spam or a review from someone who was never a customer, you can report it, and Google decides.
Do you send the review requests for me?
I set up the link and the message. Your team sends it after each job, because they know when the job is done. Running text or email campaigns is outside the plans.
What happens if I get more reviews than my cap?
Extra replies need a new scope. We'll talk about it before I go past the cap.
